Jetta John-Hartley comes from Liverpool and is based in London. She taught herself to produce at 15, when she was given the Logic music software. Her 2014 cover of Ten Years After’s “I’d Love to Change the World” went gold in the US, and a remix of it by Matstubs became her most-streamed song.
“I Wanna Know” was her second single of 2020, after “Livin’” in January, and one of a run of standalone singles. Sophia & Robert directed the video. Jetta described the song as an open question: “I’m asking a question, I don’t have the answers yet.”

Who is Joe Goddard?
Goddard, born in London in 1979, co-founded Hot Chip with his school friend Alexis Taylor; their debut album, Coming on Strong, came out in 2004. He is also a member of The 2 Bears, and in 2007 he co-founded the label Greco-Roman, whose releases include records by Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs and Disclosure.
As a solo artist he released “Gabriel” with the singer Valentina in 2011 (No. 49 in the UK, No. 12 in Flanders), the album Electric Lines on Domino in 2017 and Harmonics in 2024. In 2021 he formed the duo Hard Feelings with Amy Douglas.
